It was a Natural Transition. Melissa was born in New York and raised in Peru. After attending college in both Peru and the United States, it was only natural for her to transition into the business of real estate as her mother was one of the first female Realtors in Peru, and for generations the family had invested in real property. Melissa raised her two children, Anissa and Warren, in La Jolla and fell in love with the tightly-knit community.

Melissa has practiced real estate for 28 years. She is extremely knowledgeable of the La Jolla area. The Golden Rule. Melissa maintains her friend and client relationships dating back to her childhood in Peru. The Road to Retirement. Melissa loves her family, life, and the arts. Although she is a world traveler and speaks 4 languages, her love for La Jolla and real estate will not allow her to retire. “She can’t retire, I need her to sell my property before she retires!” exclaimes one of her many clients.
